Going to Davos, Switzerland and staying at the Derby Hotel in Davos Dorf. The reservation says that dinner is Half Board and Mandatory.

What is this? Is it included in the hotel rate? If I understand this correctly, I'm going to be charged for the dinner whether I eat there or not. Which begs the question, how much am I going to be charged?
