NYC Is exciting! I visit often and agree with your statement! However I know many people that would complain that what you described takes too long or is too difficult, so they would never fly to such a place. If they flew to White Plains they could basically claim they were stuck! If they are going to visit NYC then they'll fly into LGA or JFK. They are rather ignorant because it can easily take an hour or more to get from either of those airports into Manhattan, which is what they want. I sometime fly from CLT (where I live) to EWR because it's often cheaper as AA has to compete against Spirit and I have friends, family, co-workers that tell me I'm crazy for flying into Newark sometime because it's so difficult, but there are multiple options to get to NYC from EWR, it's NOT difficult! Guess they have more money than time!
