Which doesn't take into consideration the true loads for BA16. This is likely to be well oversold.
Fortunately there's room for creative rerouting with partner airlines. QF1 SYD-SIN for example before connecting to BA12 to LHR... or QF1 all the way to LHR. Or even QF9 direct service MEL-PER-LHR. That's before QR to LHR and non Oneworld options have been exhausted.
I'm guessing with Easter at the end of this week most flights will be chocka to/from Europe at the moment.... but should be relatively easy in the event of denied boarding as booked to find a workable solution as only 2 seats are needed.
