Has anyone had the experience of being told there were no better rooms available, and then gone onto the Hilton app to prove that better rooms were still being marketed for the duration of your intended stay?
I've been curious about this too. I've had this happen many times before where they say nothing is available, or they would only offer pay to upgrade offers. I go on the app and it shows rooms available to book... but I never inquire further.
