They've had that buffet for a long time - maybe it was suspended due to covid more recently? But based on those pics, it looked pretty much exactly like that in 2018 when we last stayed here. They also offered a menu that I agree had some nice options, but the buffet was just one of the choices if you didn't want to go a la carte. It's possible it was only on weekends, but I don't recall.
