Just completed 9 nights stay at the Sheraton Miyako hotel. I had contacted the staff about suggestions and reservations at restaurants and booking a Jazz club before my stay and they had fast efficient answers and great suggestions. I did not get a complimentary upgrade (I was staying on points and did not expect upgrade for 9 nights), but the room was adequate and met our needs. We stay in hotels to sleep not to stay in the room. The club was nice with good food choices for breakfast and snacks. The location is OK you can walk to a subway (450m), or they have shuttle bus that is nice and on time. The staff were extremely helpful and provide great communication before our visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tokyo.
