I bought a Turkish Airlines ticket when I was silved (November). I upgraded to gold in December and my flight was on January.
The physical/printed boarding pass they gave me when I checked in said A3*Silver. I had to ask them to correct it in the check in booth and to show them some proof I am Gold (e.g. my mileage card in the Aegean App).
