Is anyone experiencing an issue with scheduling an interview. When selecting the Schedule Interview Appt, getting error that there was aa error retrieving locations. Then I can clear all, and the selection for all locations appear and I can select the location, date and time, but when submitting the selection I am getting an error that the there's an error with the server and please try again in a few minutes. I have tried clearing cache and cookies and turning off firewall, but am not able to complete the submission. I have raise a ticket with CBP but was hoping perhaps someone has experienced same issue and was able to resolve it.
