This was how the FA described the two choices on my EWR-FRA flight. Squash what? Anyway, I ordered the "beef" and it was the short rib. Why not offer "short rib"? Not sure what the "squash" was - ravioli maybe?

They ran out of beef right after me and had to tell the last row "all we have is squash". Squash what?

This infuriates me. How hard is it to describe the meals a bit more accurately?
