They indeed stopped selling business class on our flights this week, and yesterday our booking on the Air France website was changed to economy (until yesterday it showed business class), eliminating lounge access, luggage allowance, etc.

So I decided to take them up on their offer to cancel the flights, get a complete refund and rebooked on ITA in business class.
