But you need to book on hyatt.com and use an OTA rate (not a directly booked AMR rate)
interesting! I completed the form online, didn’t hear back in 24 hours and that’s when I called in. Going on 48+ hours and still haven’t heard back. Nervous that my OTA rate is going to go away.
