I originally planned a day transit trip to downtown SG. As a result of this mayhem, I was glued to the loo for the entire day.
Other than filing a complaint, what remedies do I have? What do you think SQ would do to compensate for this? Thx.
The top-end plays up, "immediately" or just "somewhat delayed". The bottom-end plays up, after 1-2 days. So, if your in-flight issue was the bottom end, it wasn't SQ. Think about the nice salad or street food, you had the evening (or even 2 days) before in Bangkok.
The best with these things is, to get rid of everything, don't use medicine to contain.
For mayhem at the top end, after thoroughly emptying out, consider to have 2-3 very strong-alcohol consumptions (disinfect the inside) or drink 1-2 cans coca-zero (no sugars left for bacteria to survive) to clean-up. Rinse and repeat, so to say.
