Exact size and layout of rooms and suites vary significantly due to the history of the buildings. But generally speaking I didn't notice a major difference between Park and Deluxe suites (in fact the difference was only introduced a few years ago). The real difference is from Executive suites which have a separate living room. But to my taste (mainly short business stays on my own at the PHV) I almost prefer the large room of the Park/Deluxe suites than the two small ones of the Executive suites. Of course that's a different story for Prestige ones and above which become very spacious.
