I have bought a ticket on AC docs connection on EK. EK has messed up the name. AC says that as far as they are concerned the name is correct and that is true. What EK did on their's was to change the spelling and Adams became Ms Ada. I called AC and they said its all good on their side so there is nothing they can do to help. EK has been unhelpful so far and I am going to escalate it to see what they will do. How does this happen?
