A simple, I think, connection but I can't find reference above. Next month I am arriving from PMO (I'm guessing B gates) and connecting to a flight to LHR (I assume D gates - although I saw one ZRH-LHR flight left from E56 today) and will have about a two hour layover. What would be the best lounge strategy? Is the transfer from B to D complex? I am traveling business and have *G. Thanks.
