QSuite flights are usually priced higher when I search; either the cheaper fares classes are sold as people actively select it, or they don’t release them.
Counter example with an actual route:
This is the calendar pricing for BOS-DOH. That route is a nice example because until October 30, it's listed with QSuite, and starting November 1 it's listed as without QSuite. Pricing doesn't change:
Also, if QR was actively planning to deceive people, they probably should just keep it QSuite until end of calendar...
