Israir baggage policy

I am hoping that my upcoming Israir itinerary (marked as leaving from T1 and arriving at T3) actually does land at T1 and then sends you by bus to T3. The walk from the T3 gates to Passport Control is a heck of a long one, but the one and only time I was bussed from the plane to T3 (on an AZ flight) it left us off right next to the door going into Passport Control. That is definitely worth the 8 minute bus drive!

Perhaps off topic but I have a question that some of you might be able to answer. I have never flown on a low-cost airline before. Every flight I have ever taken was on a legacy airline which allows you one piece of carry-on luggage to go in the overhead and a second, smaller, one which can fit under the seat in front of you. Israir's site mentions only the trolley to go in the overhead. Does Israir also permit the smaller piece in addition to the trolley?
