Reservation - segments carry different statuses. You want Holding Confirmed (HK) and usually displayed as Confirmed or OK
Ticketing - Yes, BR tickets start with 695.

The most important thing to make sure is that the ticket number is in the airline's reservation system by the ticketing deadline (Ticket Time Limit). Otherwise, the airline's system might cancel the reservation.
