Since you are departing from Terminal 5, I do not think that you will have access to Terminal 3 departures and the lounges there. You will be able to access the AA Arrivvals lounge in T3 ( if you choose to clear customs/immigration and go landside ) and to the BA lounges in Terminal 5. Since you are arriving into London in 1st class on AA, I believe that you will be entitled to access the Concorde Room. You definitely have access to the 1st lounge and the Club lounges
Can you not get a connection that is better than 6 hours? that is a tedious time to spend at an airport
Unfortunately the way that the travel has been booked I need to go to Naples and not Rome which has me stuck with a 6h layover. One passenger on my flight who will not be named really wanted to try Flagship First international before it phases out so it worked out this way.
I see a disagreement on whether I get into the Concorde lounge between you and the other poster; the language at the BA website makes it look like I would not have access, but I guess I could be one of the 800 people per day who at least asks and gets denied. If I cannot get in there I would head to the BA Galleries First lounge to help pass the time I suppose. I did find what appears to be a more clear answer to this question here which seems to imply that I will have access to the Concorde room:
Concorde Room Access with AA F - FlyerTalk Forums - it would be much easier to pass 4 or 5 hours there than in a more crowded Galleries First lounge, and the better champagne and Johnnie Walker Blue should help the time pass more quickly...
