A tale of two cities. Just arrived on AC 91. On the ground for 45 minutes. Not a single bag to be seen, priority or otherwise. The constant announcements telling me my bag is being delivered on carousel 5 and 6 is a nice touch by YYZ. False hope always gets people excited.
