Although I'm a PH loyalist, this HR remains my go to place in Bangkok. Stayed many times in 2019 and then twice so far in 2023 as borders opened. GM, front office manager and club lounge staff remembered me well, as well as room and drink preferences (chamomile tea at night and ice tea during the day). Super friendly people.

Love this property. This year stayed in an executive suite and a premier suite. Both are excellent. Beautifully designed.

I really don't understand the criticisms of this place. In many stays and nights, I have never had a single issue
