I had no problem having 4 swipes of everywhere on 03/23 either. But the 4th swipes failed today. (at the same WM). wonder if there is a new limit or just a system glitch
A couple weeks ago I was encountering issues with the Everywhere cards having random swipe failures. Then this past week things went smoothly for several transactions until my final transaction 4th swipe failed three times in a row but then finally worked to complete the transaction. For now, I am just blaming it on a glitchy system.
