I personally checked for you about the 695 - and yes that is a valid e-ticket number.

I believe if you receive any ticket number that means that your flight is already ticketed. It is only when you don't receive a ticket number where you should be worried about ticketed or not.

And I concur with the above poster that there is nothing other than confirmed even when my flight was ticketed.
