It almost always gets rebooked to a prime flight (001 stock), and the answer is that it depends. I’ve done six SWUs on BA and most have credited LPs on spend, but a couple have credited on miles. I worked with the exec liason folks to sort it out, but my advice is to keep your receipts to have proof of spend and determine the most beneficial approach for earning LPs.
