Other way around, unless it has changed in the last three years - the hnumber indicates the discount from the full fare.
So an ID90 is a sub-load airline industry fare with a 90% discount, an ID75 is a firm space airline industry fare with a 75% discount. An AD75 is a sub-load travel industry fare with a 75% discount, an AD50 is a firm space travel industry fare with a 50% discount.
