I don't know how you would have been able to post on FT - some 700+ - times without opting in for FlyerTalk. It's your membership guide, sort of like when you get a credit card they send you monthly statements along with other collateral that is hoped to enhance your use of that particular credit card. There may be changes in the "terms of service" with that credit card, just as there may be changes in the terms of service in which you can access and use FlyerTalk. As noted, you can opt out of this. If you choose so, then we can't be oo much of blame if you don't know about where and what FlyerTalk is to their members. Sorry you see it as spam, but i'm not sure how else we can communicate with you about your membership in FlyerTalk. We're always open to ideas should you have one.
