Sounds like your case is the exception, not the rule. By the way, which state is your AG located? Mine is in California. Maybe different states handle these cases differently.
AZ AG office. Don’t forget Az only has 7 million population vs California with largest population. Az AG office may handle consumer fraud cases more aggressively than California. Not surprised they didn’t want to get involved.
