Different banks but same organizations since the BB App works for both the BB Visa and the BB Amex.

I did a $20 test load at FD yesterday, and it doesn't have any fee. But to load $500, I haven't found any FD that let me do that yet. Tried 1 location, cashier was straight out asking for cash. Another location let me using a legit debit card since I didn't have any vgc to test out yet.
