Between the two Hilton properties I tried in Cairo, I would rank the Conrad over the Ramses Hilton - full reviews with photos are in the respective master threads:
  1. Conrad Cairo - nice renovations, comfortable and plush bed, service was either really good or pretty poor
  2. Ramses Hilton - great service, questionable room cleanliness and room wear (still fine and relatively comfortable)
