I’m assuming the change is to your long haul segment?
My reading of the rules is as it is BA to BA the unaffected connecting flight would be in scope for changes. However we have seen cases here of agents refusing this. Obviously if the connection is now unviable it would definitely be in scope.
Change of destination doesn’t apply except different airport in the same city. That is part of the cancellation guidelines only. Although we have seen reports here of some agents offering this flexibility.
