I've been able to call in as a DM and get these seats assigned for my redemption group members, even those who have only GR status.

I've also called in and had these seats assigned in advance of a flight for GO/SL members as well, who are not on my redemption list.

Both these in the last 2 weeks or so.

Not sure if just lucky, or if there is a policy, but it seems first come first served. Or if it's only because I was a DM making a request for others.

Now just have to hope that the aircraft sticks and doesn't get swapped back to 3 class before they fly!
