BA Schedule Change Policy
Does anyone know the current schedule change policy? I am seeing conflicting data and I know that a lot has changed in post-COVID world. I had an involuntary schedule change of 3 hours and 15 minutes. I am in a paid first class ticket FRA-LHR (overnight)-BOS

Before calling You First I would like to have an idea of what I can ask for/expect. Here is what I would like:

Move FRA-LHR segment a day (could still make the flight to BOS)
Possibly change my flight to JFK or even IAD (less important)

Appreciate any data points.
