It is baffling how agents are so poorly trained on applying these certificates, which should be a fairly common transaction (especially for agents that staff the DM line).
Part of the problem is that there aren't actually dedicated Medallion lines anymore. We get to jump the queue, but it's all the same agents. They just answer the call with "X Medallion Line" based on your status.
