i already have my itinerary booked, so i guess the best aircraft of the bunch is the neo, followed by the 737-800?
i have the main cabin extra seats as follows:

10B,10C on the neo
17B,17C on the Max 8(exit row)
8B,8C on the Max 8
8B,8C on the 737-800
