If your ZRH-PHL flight is on time (or early), absolutely! After you re-clear security though, be aware that AA has 4 terminals in PHL. If your connection ends up being at one of the furthest gates (Terminal F for regional flights), that could take up to 20 minutes to walk to (or take the bus to).
