Care will have to be taken not to land in the UK "accidentally" - this was something I had to be mindful of when flying MUC-LHR-HKG if wife/I bought duty free goods (in the event a) neither of us bought anything dutiable and b) we used the T5-T3 International Connections because her BNO does not have e-gate)
So if I lived in Northern Ireland and was flying Belfast to xxxx (in the EU) via LHR the same system operates as when the UK was in the EU - ie you can import as many as you like provided you paid for transported and they are for personal use ?
Sounds like I may seeking a Transfer from Scotland to NI !!
