UA's Premier bag waiver applies to all on the same PNR as the elite's benefit (if multiple elites, the highest elite), This is / has been standard policy. This is the same for Premier Check-in, Premier security, boarding, ... these are for everyone on the same PNR.. E+, CPU, ... are just for 1 companion
