TK can also issue an invoice -- you have to request it, and it takes a couple of days, but it may be more "official-looking".

Do you know if these invoices break down the fare/taxes paid? Ideally by leg. Or if there's any way to get this information?

I'm currently trying to get them to properly refund a partially used refundable ticket. So far the website refund number; customer service refund number; and what I think it should be all differ. Very hard to prove without the breakdown of what I am pretty sure I originally paid
