I know Airhelp has been around for a while, and I've not seen any negative postings about it.
I see that they now have a plan where you pay €19.99 per year and then they handle any claims you have without paying a further fee. This seems like a good deal given that normally they charge a 35% fee on funds that they recover.
I suppose the question would be are they less aggressive in recovering money for people on the annual plan because they don't have the incentive of a contingency fee?

never had an issue with AF/KL regarding compensation - so for me there is no need to have that kind of subscription.
