Some differences, but given the choice I would take the airbus if it met my schedule needs.

The a321 fuselage is about 7” wider. The exit rows 11 and 24 on the nob-NEO have virtually unlimited legroom too. The NEO exit row 27 is spacious. The 737 exit rows offer good legroom but nothing like the airbus large exit door aisles.
