If you mean the SG Arrival Card, it's not an entry visa but just a landing card thing that they've offshored it online to make things simpler (debatable). But it's doable in three minutes, so you can do it even after you land before you head to immigration if you need to.

If you're on a British passport I think that's about it, if you got the Australian ETA settled.
