So I waited the 10 days and filed a missing stay request, mentioning in the comments section that while the stay had posted, I hadn't been awarded any points for the stay, and I attached a copy of the folio. Next morning I wake to an email saying that my stay had already posted. Grr.
I've replied to that email explaining the situation again, lets see if its second time lucky.
That is unfortunately not surprising as customer care often doesn’t seem to read the comments. You may need to reach out to one of the Lurkers for assistance.
