When I log in I can see rack rates, but if I select my corporate code is shows rate unavailable every where. It also will not show the points required for booking using points.
If I log out and clear the memory, wah lah, I can see the corporate rate is available everywhere and I can even see booking with points listed for 99% of the hotels.
Surely someone else has experienced this and had it resolved. Any guidance will be appreciated.
I have the same problem. In theory Marriott is looking in on my account. One PC workaround, albeit a subpar one, is to run the search without any rate codes. When you see a hotel you like, you can click on it and you will be able to run your search using a corporate code. Of course, this is painful, but doable
