SeatGuru is not what it once was. They are slow to update and sometimes just flat out wrong, unfortunately. It's not useless by any means, but it's not always up to date.
PE on the LX 777 just debuted last year IIRC.
Iif you don't know what is wrong and out of date, you can't rely on it so it is useless, if you do know what is out of date and wrong then you don't need it so also useless.
