I had to pick up my parents today from AKL airport and checked the international arrivals information on the airport's website. It turned out not to be updated correctly (their flight arrived at 12:10 but at 12:50 was still showing as being on its way). I arrived at the airport too late.

The same has happened before - so much for using the website to get an idea as to when flights arrive.

Anyone else found a better way?
