Can't speak for ParkSFO, but if the trains are leaving at the same time, BART from San Bruno wins by a landslide over the AirTrain from LTP for just getting to the International terminal (where I can walk from there to any of the terminals). I might get to T2 sooner even with the lengthy walk from the SFO BART station.

Although factoring in average wait time, AirTrain (with much greater frequency) from LTP probably has the edge.
