- if you are F/J on QR with less than 24 hours layover you get access (regardless of if you exit the airport or no)
- if you are F/J on QR with more than 24 hours layover you do NOT get access
- if you are F/J QR/non-QR you will not get access, same if you are F/Y on QR you do not get access
- if you are F incoming only you get access to arrivals lounge (no transit)

If you are on 2 PNR you need to show both boarding pass, if on the same PNR then either boarding pass will do as when they scan the barcode it will display your entitlement.
I think this clears it up for me, no access unless it's all QR metal, thanks!
