Im really curious about why this couple has been moved in the middle of boarding to other seats, instead of the normal "lets see after takeoff if there is space somewhere else".
Whoever moved them, has seen that the seats are occupied. Gate sees this, FA's see this.
Specially if there was just a swap of 2 pax from seats to seats. This would tell that the flight is full and noone should have been moved.
