All of the miles for a single reservation must be pulled from a single account. You cannot pull half of the miles from your account and the other half from your companion's account and have both tickets be on the same PNR.

If you're booking a roundtrip, then the easiest workaround is to just book 2 one-way reservations, you book one-way with your miles for 2 pax, and your companion does the same with their miles for the other way.
