What's the best way to get a visa appointment at Toronto Canada location?

I tried to have the page loaded and all info already input before 10am. But I find that even if I wait 1-2sec after 10am, when I complete the image verification thing it says no timeslots available and I have to refresh, add back all into + application #s and then I can see timeslots.. But by then they get filled up before I can confirm the Appt.

Should I refresh the page right at 10am and only enter info after 10am before completing the image verification?

Can I select /confirm appointment without adding in the visa application #s? Those few seconds to copy paste to add the application #s/passport #s is causing me to slow down

Can I add additional applications after I confirm the appointment?

Was hoping to have a visa before end of June.. But looks like that isn't happening.
